Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BailBossAI demo platform located at demo.bailboss.ai (the “Demo,” “Service,” or “Site”).

The Demo is owned and operated by Kapa Tec, LLC (“Kapa Tec,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Demo in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Demo.

1. Purpose of the Demo

The Demo is provided solely for demonstration, testing, and evaluation purposes. It is designed to show how BailBossAI may function for bail bond agencies and similar businesses, including example workflows, websites, AI voice, chat, and automations.

  • The Demo is not a live production system.
  • The Demo is not intended to be used to manage real clients, defendants, legal matters, or financial transactions.
  • Any sample content, messages, or configurations in the Demo are fictional and for illustrative purposes only.

2. No Legal, Financial, or Bail Advice

The Demo and all content displayed within it are for informational and demonstration purposes only.

  • We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, or bail bond advice.
  • Nothing in the Demo should be relied on as a substitute for professional legal counsel or licensed bail services in any jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice before making any legal or business decisions.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibility

By using the Demo, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old; and
  • You have the authority to access and use the Demo on behalf of yourself or your business.

You agree that:

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your access/session.
  • You will not use the Demo for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
  • You will not input or upload sensitive personal data that you are not legally permitted to share.

4. Demo Data and User Content

Because this is a demonstration environment, any information you enter may be used for:

  • Testing system behavior
  • Improving templates and workflows
  • Demonstrating platform capabilities

You agree not to enter:

  • Sensitive personal information (e.g., Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, bank account details)
  • Protected health information (PHI)
  • Highly confidential legal details about real cases, defendants, or clients

We reserve the right to delete, modify, anonymize, or reset any data in the Demo at any time, without notice.

5. No Guarantee of Availability or Performance

The Demo is provided “as is” and “as available” and may:

  • Be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time
  • Contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
  • Not reflect the final or full version of any BailBossAI product

We do not guarantee:

  • Uptime, availability, or performance
  • Accuracy of any responses, automations, or AI outputs
  • That the Demo will be free from errors, security vulnerabilities, or interruptions

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within the Demo, including but not limited to:

  • Software, workflows, layouts, and configurations
  • Logos, branding, and design elements
  • Text, graphics, and documentation

are the property of Kapa Tec, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Demo solely for evaluation purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, redistribute, or resell the Demo or any part of it
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Demo in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
  • Use the Demo to send spam, unlawful messages, or abusive content
  • Attempt to hack, probe, or test the security of the Demo
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Demo or its infrastructure
  • Misrepresent the Demo as a live, production-ready solution to third parties without clearly identifying it as a demonstration environment

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Demo at any time if we believe you are violating these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Demo may display or simulate integrations with third-party tools and services.

  • We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party services.
  • Any use of third-party products or platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Demo is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Demo will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
  • Any defects will be corrected;
  • The Demo is free of viruses or harmful components;
  • The results obtained from using the Demo will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kapa Tec, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Demo, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Demo shall not exceed $100 USD.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kapa Tec, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Demo
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party

12. Changes to the Demo and These Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Demo at any time, with or without notice, and we may revise these Terms from time to time.

When we update the Terms, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Demo after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Demo shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
